Neighbourhood Enforcement Officers Reportedly Conduct Over 2,200 Patrols in Overdale, Newdale, The Rock, and Old Park With the number of complaints in the LNTF3 area seemingly on a exponential increase with dog fowling incidents, despite the claims by Lawley and Overdale Parish Council (LOPC) of a "successful" anti fowling campaign run by Cllrs Boylan and Holding, we decided to investigate and nudge the borough council into action. A well placed Freedom of Information Request was submitted to Telford and Wrekin Council seeking critical data. The council were asked to provide the total number of patrols conducted by NEO's (Neighbourhood Enforcement Officers - responsible for the reporting and enforcement of a number of offences, including dog fowling), between January 1st and March 31st, 2024 for our area.  This would then cover the period following LOPC's declaration of the successful implementation of their anti fowling campaign.
